Host a Seminar

CURRENTLY SCHEDULING FOR 2010-2011
Numerous attendees have asked us about hosting a seminar at their church. When we consider a host, first and foremost we are looking for a partner in ministry. God has called us to train and equip ministry leaders and volunteers to use Photoshop to draw in crowds, inspire attendees and maximize creative volunteers, all with the express purpose of bringing people to a commitment to Christ. We want host churches that share our goal and calling; that view this as an opportunity to invest in the life of their church and churches in their area.

Here are some of the characteristics we look for in a host church:

LOCATION:
  • In or near a major metropolitan area
  • Within 45 minutes of a major airport
  • A comfortable location for attendees and staff
  • Several hotels or motels within 20 minutes from the church

  • Light and sun control is vital. Lights should be fully dim-able and any/all windows should have black-out shades.

  • A speaker green room that seats 10 people with a few couches and comfortable chairs
  • Adequate parking
  • A large foyer or entrance area to set up six 8' tables for registration and resources
  • Availability to set up one day prior to the event
  • Restaurants easily accessible for attendees
AREAS OF SERVICE:
  • Provide a logistics coordinator from your church staff who will work closely with Johnny Flash Productions throughout the planning process
  • Recruitment of approximately 8 volunteers to helping with load-in, load-out, resource sales, ushering, hosting the instructor, transportation of instructor to and from the airport, church, hotel as well as run errands
  • Provide coffee, tea, soft drinks and bottled water for event staff

  • A high quality sound system in worship center.
  • A sound technician from host church for entire seminar (including setup day before and tear down afterwards).
  • A small stage (at least 18" high and 10'x12' in size) should be provided for the instructor
  • One 8' skirted table w/ chair is required for the instructor. The instructor will be seated for most of the class.
  • AC power must be provided at the instructor's table as well as a LAN connection for internet access.
